Time estimation in project management is important because it allows for the time scope of a project to be determined in the right way. Often, creative make errors in telling the amount of time needed to partake in a project. This is because the creative process often forgets these vital aspects.

Making use of Platforms like Trello, or Team Gantt, are effective ways to make sure that tasks are met on time and follow a waterfall calendar, that pushes tasks ahead or behind if previous tasks are either delayed or sped up respectively.

Time management can either make or break a marketing project. Which is why it is best to create a timeline with Microsoft Excel or any other software ahead of the project and internalise deadlines for effective operations flow.

Client communication would be impossible without effective time management. Clients would not trust the business/ manager, and have doubts about their partnership. This is bad for client retention. For milestones to be completed, there must be an efficient timetable with marks outlines that will be communicated to clients. Time management helps managers agree on the dates of the project milestones and the frequency of client updates.
