Company systems work in processes. Processes are created form ideas. A creative idea is useless, until it is turned into a system.
Below are the vitals that I have found work in creating processes.
1. A repeatable idea. Ideas are not profitable unless they can be recycled and repeated within steps that bring rewards. For example, a digital marketing process must constitute of a weekly time, budget and product to be rolled out. This is what I did with Friends Consult Ltd’s marketing strategy.
2. A repeatable system. When processes are replicated over and over, a system is created. Results are seen long term in metrics such as followers, likes, engagements and interactions.
