Congratulate yourself for getting through the day- Mental Health

Hey, you did it, you got through this day, and you did what you said you would do when you woke up in the morning. Just getting through the day is enough, thank you. If you didn’t hear that from anyone, you heard it from me.

When you have set goals for yourself, don’t get overwhelmed. All is well, you can do it.

If you get through each day and do something productive mentally, healthwise, relational wise, or sow a seed that you know will come back well to you, congratulations. You’ve done well.

Affirm: Every day is an achievement for me. I do what I have to do in the very best way that I can. And all is well.
